At MolesKectch, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including any cases, sleeves, or protective wrapping.
  • You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Please note that personalized, engraved, or otherwise customized products (e.g., monogrammed notebooks) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages of paper, refills, or ink cartridges.
  • Digital downloads or accessed digital content.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please email our support team at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Please securely pack the item(s) using the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our mistake, we will refund the standard shipping cost as well.

Please allow time for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued from our side.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
